Shipping Policy




Standard Delivery: Most orders are shipped by this method.

Allowable Addresses: Street addresses (personal or business address preferred), P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO (AA, AE, AP), Military and general delivery addresses within the continental USA are accepted.

Shipping Method: These orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Mail. Several attempts will be made to deliver your order before the shipper returns it to Pro Image International. If there is no one home during the day to accept an order, please consider having your order shipped to your place of employment or other location. A "Ship To" name and address is on the order form for this purpose.


Central United States: 3-5 business days (add 1 day for P.O. Boxes)
West Coast: 3-5 business days (add 1 day for P.O. Boxes)
East Coast: 3-5 business days (add 1 day for P.O. Boxes)
APO/FPO (AE, AA, AP): 6-10 business days to Military Bulk Mail Center
(Note: We have no control over military postal service delivery times.)

Express Delivery: Faster delivery service than Standard Delivery.

Cost: Actual shipping charge based on rates from FedEx, UPS or U.S. Postal Service. To determine the exact shipping charge, add items to your cart, then enter your shipping address including zip code upon checkout and all shipping options and charges will be presented to you. Pro Image does not determine shipping costs.

Allowable Addresses: FedEx and UPS require a personal or business street address (no P.O. Boxes). U.S. Mail accepts personal or business street addresses and P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Method: FedEx or UPS: Next Day (Standard Overnight), 2 Day or 3 Day Ground or Residential, or USPS Priority Mail.

Express Delivery Times: Orders placed Monday - Friday BEFORE 1:00 p.m. CST by phone, or internet will be shipped the same day for in-stock items. Orders placed AFTER 1:00 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.

NOTE: All times are Central Standard Time. Shippers may or may not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. Our office is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend and Christmas. Delivery during any of these holidays will be delayed until the next operating business day.


Cost: Actual shipping charge including insurance is based on U.S. Mail rates (minimum $5.95). Customer pays insurance, taxes, customs and duties, if any. To determine the exact shipping charge, add items to your cart, then enter your shipping address including zip code upon checkout and all shipping options and charges will be presented to you. Expedited shipping not available.

Delivery Times: 6-10 business days


Cost: Actual shipping charge based on USPS rates. Customer pays all insurance, taxes, customs and duties, if any. Tracking is not available once product crosses the border.

Occasionally, unexpected shortages and manufacturers' out-of-stock conditions occur due to raw material shortages, unexpected inventory demands, bad weather, etc.

If a product you order is out-of-stock, the rest of your order will be shipped without delay. The receipt you receive will show items not yet shipped. Typically, when back-ordered items are shipped, you will not be charged a second shipping charge. However, some back ordered items will require a second minimal shipping charge. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time before it ships. You will receive a new tracking number via email once the remainder of your order ships. You may call 800-323-3681 or email to request that we hold off on shipping your order until all items are available for shipping.


Tracking numbers will be emailed directly to the email address on file once the shipping label has been scanned and processed.  Customer Service agents may also provide tracking information. You may call us at 800-323-3681 to track your package


If you’re item has been damaged during shipping please contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt of package. We will file a damaged shipment claim on your behalf and ensure that replacement product is shipped in a timely manner. Damaged items must be returned in the condition they were received to Pro Image Within 14 days of receipt. You can call the customer service desk and request an RMA (returned merchandise authorization).  Pro Image is not responsible for return shipping costs on damaged items.


If the delivery of your package requires special instructions for the carrier, such as signature required or leave at reception desk please let us know and we will do our best to communicate this information to your carrier.
